Rooms now generating?

I've been playing SCPCB quite a lot recently, and I cant help but notice that I haven't seen 1025 or 714 in their containment chambers...
I also haven't seen 096's original room at all. What's going on?
I haven't looked a whole lot into this, but they don't appear to have been removed or anything. What do you think?

but the ring and the encicloèdia are in their chambers, which is little more than a storage closet but they provide the needed contaiment.
It waould be great to have 096 actual chamber, even if a wall is missing.

I know that, Ive just not come across them in the latest version, nor will teleporting work. For ME at least...

its not a 100% chance they'll spawn it seems, i did recently have the regular 096 room after the cutscene where you get locked in with him.
