I've got one before, the seed spawned two Heavy Containment checkpoints and no room with a level 2 keycard. I was like " Well, shit."

Are you sure it wasn't there? This sounds like a bug to me.

It's not unbeatable, all you have to do is put a keycard inside SCP-914 (Since you said you passed it) and refine it on Very Fine mode, you would rather get Keycard Omni or a MasterCard.

He couldn't get a level 2 key card, which was needed for 914's chamber.

I'm wondering if the room didn't generate at all or it was just placed in the wrong zone. Because 079's chamber e.g. is supposed to spawn in the entrance zone (like seen in the game files) but it still generates in HCZ. Don't know why or how to fix it.

K so I'm not crazy, I'm not the only one who's had something like this happen. Good to know! Maybe I'll wait till the next version before I seriously try to get into this.

I remember one time, the first room (with the gas mask and key card) didn't spawn. So, I guess that was unbeatable.
