Is this normal?

So I was loading a saved game and I saw this:
what the hell? is it normal? :o why did it say this day's exact date?

The person on the picture is
SCP-990, a.k.a. the "Dream Man". And that loading screen is completely normal (don't worry about anything
) Don't know how the game gets the exact date though. Maybe takes it from the system directly.

It reminded me SCP-895 and its image with the exact date and time on it.
