HUGE rant (HELP NEEDED D:)

I have been working on a HUGE mod called green demon for MONTHS and there is a crap ton of new coding and stuff in the game. 106 is the pain center of the mod, and what do you fucking know? HE CANT SPAWN! 
I dont know what the fuck happened, I cant spawn him through commands, or just going to the maintenance tunnels! Not even at gate A! WHY!? This was SO pisstaking that my BIGGEST mod and BEST mod may have to be cancelled! Im setting a download link to it if SOMEONE would be a god and possibly fix this bug.
Ill give a sneak peak of the mod: It is a mod for more advanced players, as the gameplay becomes much harder. 106 is faster, the maintenance is randomly generated, 173 is able to move greater distances, and there is a TON of texture edits.
If you voulanteer to fix this bug, I will send a PM to the mod download. I installed BoH and some 294 liquids and randomly generated maintainence, but I have no idea what effect this would have on 106.
if this bug gets fixed, the beta of the mod will be released, but for now, ill give some screenshots of it:
