I'd have to give it to the background noise that pops up in HCZ occasionally. It sounds like I'm surrounded by ghosts.
Also, Alarm2. Not only can you hear SCPs escaping, you can also hear (almost) everyone in the facility being killed off, which kinda shows just how practically alone you are.

I can't exactly remember what the name of it is, nor do I have anything to reference it with as I am on mobile but when Radical Larry starts chasing me, the music somewhat starts to make me panic.
