Is steam no longer compatible with SCP? I don't get the steam menu.

I think he tried adding SCP Containment Breach to his Steam Library as a Non-Steam Game and the Overlay won't appear when SHIFT+TAB is pressed.

It works just fine for me. You just have to start a new game/load an old game to be able to Shift + TAB.
