As long as the next gen of SCP:CB enthusiasts are capable of coding, modeling, and creating rooms, SCP:CB's development could potentially never truly stop. That said, so far there aren't that many newer forumers coming out to do that (at least not yet). The majority of coders and modelers are guys that have been around here for at least a year or more (I think). As for Blitz3D's 'limits', well, I think anything desired to be in the game can be put in the game if it's worked around right: the only true 'limits' of Blitz3D would be trying to put an object/code that's way too overdemanding in memory and the engine (or something like that, because technically it doesn't have to work that way at all) and aiming for compatibility for virtually all Windows computer systems in existence (as I've read here, some computers can't deal with Blitz3D well at all, and Windows 8 seems to cause many problems). Sure, there are bugs (and there are many); but it's not a limiting factor either if it can easily be spotted & fixed.
