the graphics quality,
the sound quality,
how much it can handle,
dependant of the console's limits, what version of CB would it be?

In terms of MSDOS, I guess it depends on which era.

If you mean the Windows 9x Era, Then I could imagine something along the lines of Thief the Dark Project / System Shock 2.

If you mean MSDOS from the early 90s then I suppose Alone in the Dark. Though, That would probably have been pushing it.

So far, I think the Game matches the early Windows 2000 / XP, Xbox Original, PlayStation 2, GameCube, Dreamcast era. Just a bit.

As for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, I imagine something similar to that Silent Hill Teaser recently released which uses the FOX Engine.

Sounds wouldn't differ much except MSDOS would probably use MIDI.

The Windows 9x may use MIDI too or low Bit-Rate Audio Files. Probably .MP3 seeing as that was released in 1995.
