I did the game 3 times today now with the new version, and when i come to 096 i'm excited but when I'm viewing its face for 5 minutes like, and even with noclipping, it doesn't do anything,
it just sit there and I can view whole his face without him noticing, is he asleep or something?

Were you looking at him from the front or from one of the sides?
A sign to show that he is about to attack is he is stretching his arms as to help hi stand up.

yes i don't know if I can import photos in here but i viewed from all sides yes but he seems to appear a bit double or maybe it's my pc

This happens to me too idk why.

Ok so he finally went up but he appears 'double' its like he's in another clone of itself, one sitting down and one standing up, pretty weird but I'm glad i could see it now

try turning around him a few times, I did this now and it worked

Try crouching and going face to face with him/it, that works for me

096 only gets reliably pissed when you directly face it, kind of like if you're off to the side of 173 (still viewing it) it can still move. Regalis is working on a new model/improving it's AI in future updates, this was a last minute addition you have to remember.

yes indeed, I have a video now, but he moves really slow, he runs at 12km/h so you can still outrun him
