i don't like unity because the engine make everything look shiny and that make it unrealistic.

The Gas Mask is fine. If you don't like it, go into Paint and remove the texture with the eraser tool. Simple.

Lemme try to respond to all of these.
As for the Unity Engine; The lighting default in the Unity engine isn't ready for a game, but it's possible to make better lighting through coding like a normal person.
As for the Gas Mask; Have you ever looked through a gas mask? It's not the easiest thing in the world. It's like looking through glasses, except everything in the background is blacked out. Try imagining that. Okay.

Make the rooms have a creepy affect

If you're looking for a room that has creepy shit in it, look for SCP-970, It's the best place where creepy stuff happens.
