SCP-1048-A can spawn in a two-way hallway. It usually spawns in the middle, and can kill the player if the player is in the room listening to it screaming.

the weed seed if you when you turn left you will find the level 1 and 2 key card if go a little more you find a room with scp 939 then scp 914
and then when you get to the heavy zone the first room is the nuclear room
