Seeing as you're talking about online Roulette, you'd really need to specify which site you intend to 'cheat' on, as the methods of deciding where the ball lands will be different in each establishment. And even then, you'd need someone to decompile the code to see if it's true randomisation or 'X amount of wins every Y plays/ hours/ days' In either case, it's going to be hard to consistently beat the system seeing as in either case, you won't be able to predict if the next spin is a winner or not.

tldr; gambling is too risky so don't do it. Play the stock markets instead.
