Oh noes, I opened it and I am allergic to spaghetti, anyway I might look into this more when I have tools in the future.

I just put the source code onto Facebook, hopefully it'll attract some modders, specifically Rose (A great modder, created a lot of stuff for resident evil 4.)

By Blitz3D. It opens code, but it is also compiler. Just click "Compile" on top.
