Dude, you even know what a mandatory military service is?...It's just a little bit of training. They don't even handle guns commonly in there. (Probably.)

Anyway, Regalis, good luck and take care. I guess you can develop the game a bit too with some free time. But you'll probably be tired.

So yeah, slower development cycle for half of 2013. I'll try messing up with the game to entertain myself.

EDIT: Do you have any plans to release some kind of open source code for SCP-087B? I always wanted to make something with it.

EDIT2: Or giving us the VERY FIRST version of SCP Containment Breach? The one where doors were different and you did the first video with.

Is not a "Level Creator", is a source code, encryption and actual programming goes into it.

but regalis said he was making a level creator after 0.6 it would just place and turn rooms :x

I think there should be map creator only rooms like hallways that are keycard locked, forcing you to find the keycard and backtrack and stuff.

I'm thinking of creating a thread that will act as a central hub for any and all SCP:CB mods/games that are made. It would have a link to each of these threads.

In fact I will do it now. I'll set it up on the Mods thread.

Yep, just let me know if you come up with something useful and I can add it in the game. Letting people help with the programming was the main reason I released the code.

I did, and here's what it looks like now. Actually it already has all the features needed to make a level and place events, now I just need to write functions for loading and saving the level and improve the interface a bit to make it more user-friendly.

I guess I could release it as well... It should be a little easier to mod since the entire program is just little over 1000 lines long and much simpler than SCPCB.

Unfortunately the earliest version of SCPCB I still have is v0.1.

Three questions Regalis.

1. What plans, if any, do you have for the game when you finish your service. I mean by if you intend to pick up exactly where you left off or will you incorporate some of the more popular mods into the game.

2. Doubtful but would you be keeping any contact with the forums during your service?

3. Being a bit selfish but could I possibly be credited in the credits with the Character ideas/creation? I did come up with several of the characters now present in the game (Harp, Maynard etc).

Final note, if during or prior to your service you need to make an announcement or set out any instructions regarding the game I, as the Admin, will gladly assist in that regard.
