So, according to this page on the wiki, there's a bit of text on the SCP-990 loading screen stating "It will happen on 30 April 2016".
Is this just a random date or does that mean something?

It just pulls your computer's local time. The game does the same thing as well.

Ah ok, I (for some weird reason) thought it actually meant something.
