We can put 939 chamber in 1.3 and even 096 chamber, but Regalis said that "this rooms are useless because there is nothing there and player can't do something" and blah blah blah

096's cell could be used effectivly, i thought that it could spawn there, aswell as there being a Level 5 keycard there..

SCP-939's containment chamber could have a instance of 939 inside, hunting you after time.
It also could have a keycard.
It would be cool if it gets added (you need to ask someone who built the containment chamber in that old thread though)

For the developers of 1.3, here's the thread about SCP-939's containment chamber. (Please ignore my posts on that thread, I was different back then)
I am not sure however if the developers of the containment chamber still have it saved somewhere.

Avery and Vincent, you should refrain from speaking your mind out on what you want; I personally believe this is not the right topic to do so. Besides, let the developers do what they want to their hearts' content; this is their game. This topic should only consist of speculation of what is to expect within the 1.3 version. You have managed to fill up 4 pages consisting of posts unrelated to the current state of the game.

Haven't you read my post? You are merely side-tracking the talk with suggestions that should not even be suggested within this topic; if you wish to bewilder me with more of your arguments, just PM me, as I would not like to have a spam-fested argument with you. Otherwise, I believe all these suggestions do not belong here and should be posted within another topic as it just serves as spam.

If you're talking about Inclination, I don't see how he's being a hothead. In fact he seems to be the only logical one in this thread.

These SCP's really need a bigger role, especially 012 and 008.
Maybe SCP-079 could broadcast SCP-513 over the intercom like it did in v0.1 - v0.2.1.
Or sometimes have SCP-008 prions spray into a room.
