When I go to the official scp containment breach website it says I don't have permission to access / on this server. What is the problem

Either you have parental controls, there's something up on your internet, or you're out of region and yet somehow accessing this site.
My best guess is that you have parental controls on or the website is specially blocked.

I only check on my phone with mobile data I think it's the parental controls is there a way to change the settings

Also, didn't know mobile phones had parental controls, wouldn't think this generation was stupid enough to give their 5 year olds phones or something. (that's not assuming your age, that's questioning the use of parental controls on a phone)
