A:Open Door/Pull levers
B:Crouch
X: Iventory
Y: Last Item Used

Right Stick: Pull/Turn levers
Left Stick: Move Duh
D-Pad: Select Item, strafe, or maybe a item slots like in Pokemon ORAS

LB: Blink
RB: another blink for preference?
LT: Sprint
RT: Quick Save

Select:console (there's a keyboard in Xbox though it will be annoying to type with controller)
Start: Pause (duh)
Left Stick Pressed Down : You Decide
Right Stick: You Decide

It's probably possible, but difficult. it may require an updated engine and bypass Microsoft. plus they would have to iron out the memory access violations.

they cant just plop down the game they have to ask microsoft to add it to the arcade lineup and fix every bug and use a better engine since this one is outdated
