Considering the first part of your sentence is misworded, I'm assuming you're trying to say that the lullaby sung by 049 is a new sound. And as far as my knowledge goes, no it's not new. It's been there for a while now.

EDIT: And apparently I was wrong and infact is a new sound.

In all seriousness, thanks for putting an end to my confusion, I hadn't suspected that it been put there by accident because vane, in a comment on a youtube video, said that 1.3.2 was coming out next week. Can't wait for it
