S-Nav performance inconsistency

Previously, using the S-Nav had begun making the game lag to shit. This issue seemed to be fixed as of v1.3.2, and now as of version 1.3.3 it has returned.
Any idea why this seems to be such an issue?

Will be fixed in 1.3.4
