How did Ulgrin get his name?

I was reading through the SCP Containment Breach wiki, and I started to really think about the characters. The name Agent Ulgrin was something that stuck out to me. How did Ulgrin get his name? It's unlike any other name I've heard.

I'm not sure but I think its an actual foundation character in the SCP wiki or a reference to one of the many contributors of the game itself.

His name came from this one set of character drafts Steelpoint made way back on the old forums.
