On my laptop cant find my nvidia graphics card.
In the launcher it doesnt show me the option to choose my graphics card.
Is there something wrong or is it the primary display driver. Ive tried that but
still lags alot for some reason.
Ive tried updating but already the latest.

If you have only one graphics card, then it is primary.
Did you tried to turn off Bump Mapping or turn off V-Sync?
Also can you send your laptop parameters?

I had the same issue on my laptop. Have you tried this? It worked for me.
