1.3.7 changelog mentions a change.
But after trying to turn my 1,2,3 cards to 4,5, omni i keep getting master and play cards lile in 1.3.6
Playing on safe mode.

Can a dev say if its possible to turn a @,2 or 3 lvl card into 4,5 or omni in 1.3.7 in every difficulty?

Chances to get lvl 4 from lvl 3 is 1/20

I tried to turn my Level 2 keycards higher both on Fine and Very Fine but at best I can only muster getting a Level 3 keycard or a Mastercard.
I tried to turn my Level 3 keycards higher both on Fine and Very Fine but at best I can only muster a downgrade back to Level 2, Level 1 or a Mastercard.
I think the 1.3.7 change was meant to make 914 much harder to use to get the Level 4 keycard immediately, instead of making it easier. Or maybe you have to to the Entrance Zone, but that's just my speculation.

Thanks for confirming that theres chance to get a 4 lvl card.
What about the omni i only need the achievement.

I never got anything past 3 lvl in 1.3 versions from scp 914 so i have to get the 3 lvl card then go to heave zone and find the 5 lvl from the scp 106 room then go back and unlock everything i missed before.

But in 1.3.7 i got the stairs bug in the 106 room in fresh save and ended up deleting the game after ragequitting.

Will try another fresh start today
