As mentioned.. you can get the code for the offices as well as the mtfs mentioning about you turning off the remote locking system on channel 5

That channel is there normally on the radio. Difference between normal and fine - You get a radio with unlimited power. No extra channels added or stuff.
And yeah, I already found the code through a normal radio. Channel 5.
Yeah, you can get the code to Dr. Harp's office from channel 5. You need a very fine radio to get the code for Dr. Maynard's office though (unless you can get the note from the pocket dimension).

Pocket dimension is pretty dangerous and should be avoided so you should give some hint on the Dr.Maynard's very fine radio code, Regalis.
Maybe a test log document with a radio included.

It's the beeps, they keep going to form a number, then pause, then count to another number, total 4.

There's like a "static beep" sound. That plays whenever you have a very fine radio (doesn't play if you're near 895 or in PD). Maybe that's the code.
And I thought that beeping never had any reason to be there.

On a completely unrelated note, wonder if they could add more music to the radio. Smooth jazz to channel 3 would be ironic, wouldn't it?

I dunno about more music for channel 3. I think it is good enough, as it is. Until 079 comes in, that is.
The only channel currently having nothing is channel 1. I think that is reserved for a special reason.

I've just tried that thing with the beeps and it worked
Interestingly it's different to the code on the burnt note from 106s realm, which doesn't work at all
