Well, i wouldn't put a document + picture for SCP-096 because not knowing what it's face looks like adds to the horror, plus they don't have a picture on the Foundation Wiki so it wouldn't make much sense putting it on the game, but not on the wiki.

we are talking about a sealed away photo of 096, which is canon that the foundation stores for testing. It would be an auto death, like looking at the models face, and the horror could be conserved if the game placed 096 document and 096 itself before it on the map.

Also I don't know why, but the existence of something than can assure the player's death without him knowing appeals a lot to me.
