Sorry bro, but you will have to go there, but I'll give you a small tip

If you have a Infinite Running Gas Mask (Very fine or Fine) use it, you will outrun 106 easily, even in the maintenance tunnels

There's an infinite sprint gasmask now? Ooh

It was before that, one of the 0.2 versions was when it was added.

You could also try crouching. Don't know how but it saves me 75% of the time.

Did you survive the Maintenance Tunnels?
I could give some tips!
1.- Once he appears, scan the area and look where he's coming from.
2.- Once you see where he's coming from, run in the opposite direction and keep running in circles. (Super Fine Mask could be useful)
3.- If you survive for like 3 minutes, you will have survived.
