Alright, for all of the idiots not doing this properly:
Do not do shit with the magnet switch. IT MUST BE ON AT ALL TIMES, OR 106 WILL BE ABLE TO ESCAPE.
Turn the sound on first, so 106 can hear the poor guy over the intercom.
Hit the femur breaker last, and stay in the room until it ends, I do not know why, but whenever I don't, the game glitches out.
Does this solve anything?
ALSO: This works perfectly for me, so try it.

Please tell us if it worked.
It did for me, so it should for you too.
That was uncalled for Mrguilkey, we are not idiots if we aren't used to contain 106 in a new version where his abilities have been changed regarding his containment.

Wait, they were changed? Darn, seems that the last time I contained him was in the last version. Sorry then.

Was a random mistake, we all do those.
I don't blame you.

Righto, I did as I was told and succeeded 70% of the time.
However, even after doing the containment slowly and deliberately I still stumble upon this sight afterwards...
(Seriously, that sight makes me cry)
Also, I came upon another rather funny bug. After reloading my previous savegame it seems that the Lure Subject invited one of his friends over.
Boy am I glad they're not BOTH screaming!
Thank you all for your help

No problem.
Think I'm gonna take a round too in Containment breach.
Using one of my favorite seeds Comeandgetme106.

Alright, I tried my theory on the new version and... It still works. ALSO, I have realized your error. Turning the magnet switch off releases 106, so keep it on, always. ALWAYS I TELL YOU. Serimah must have read the instructions wrong. DO NOT TURN OFF THE MAGNETS. JUST TURN ON THE SOUND, AND BREAK THE FEMUR.

Your method works fine it seems. However in the old versions I would always:
1. Turn off Magnets
2. Turn on Sounds
3. Break Femur
4. Wait for 106
5. Turn Magnets back on
which worked fine with a success rate of 95%

Hence my confusion when my method suddenly got me into trouble.
But thank you, your method works fine

Gonna try a round with your method, then we might have 2 working methods to do it.
My method was:
Get to controls, turn magnets off, turn sound on, break femur, turn magnets on as soon the top of 106's head appeared, turn sound off, perfectly contained.

My method was the same as Spark's... but I think I found one mayor issue I overlooked.
I saved after already playing with the switches. So after loading it would SEEMINGLY reset them to their old state while they really weren't.
Hence the "Magnets On" were in fact OFF.
Which in return greeted me with another heartattack only 4 seconds after breaking the femur! That has to be a record.
Someone kill me please.
