I deleted SCP CB, then downloaded it again from the original site.
I didn't try to fix the problem , since I haven't found anyone else having this problem.
I just thought of that as I read that the computer only had 4GBs of RAM. Currently the game has some memory allocation problems that trigger similar events such as the graphics errors and m.a.v.s. Developers are currently working on a more permanent fix but the tool should improve the performance of your game.Maybe give this a try?

Nothing worked. Your app didn't work, though it made the game run A LOT better an smoother, but graphics still look weird. I realized, this happend when I messed in Nvidia control panel manager settings. I put everything to highest performance. BUT. I changed that back for SCP CB, and the graphics still are the same ?
