Cannot Start Error

Whenever I try to run the game, there is a message popping up and it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application." I have never ran this game before, I just downloaded it and my computer is far better than minimum system requirements as it can run games such as SOMA with ease. Is there a solution? Let me know please.
