Omni In Keter

What are the chances of getting an Omni card in Keter mode?

It scales with the other difficulty factors. I guess Keter equals Hard by default.
Any Keycard (Very Fine)
Easy = 1 in 50
Normal = 1 in 70
Hard = 1 in 100

According to Vane Brain your chances are affected by how many achievements you got.
In the worse case scenario I read his post wrong, disregard this post.

What about with 11 achievements and 3 cards?
