Felt like you should know

There is a user on the gmod workshop/community known as Kammorne. He has made a map based on this game(and by based i mean he 1:1 recreated rooms from the game, the entire map except for like 3 areas are 1:1 recreations of rooms that could spawn/generate in SCP:Containment breach). This by itself is fine. However, he has also been going around using steam's take down policy to take down any other map released based on the game, under the reasoning that its too similar to his own map(That is nothing but a recreation of rooms from a game he never created).

To add to this, he has also intentionally sold copies of the map with specific edits to certain people. While i have found several versions, the only one he 'officially' confirmed was selling a version that had the tesla gates toggable.

Im not sure if what this guy is doing breaks any terms of use, so i felt like i should at the very least mention it here in-case you feel like you should take action against this person.

Edit: He also uses textures, models, and sounds ported from the game, as well as 1:1 recreations of the rooms.

The add-on in question:

Link to the discussion that proves he sold at least 1 copy of the map(And sold more from what i've seen, as the map has extensive decompile protecting making it neigh impossible for anyone to edit it without the original raw file, and i've seen mutiple private edits on certain servers. He refuses to share the .vmf normally):

Link to his DMCAs(Can't actually get proof of the add-ons he DMCAed already since they were taken off the workshop, so this is the best i got): http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/file ... 115958094/

Link to a thread where he openly says he will sell the .vmf for money:

Well that's just shitty behavior.

The best thing would probably be for the map devs to file counter notices stating that CB, along with the SCP site, are under the CC 3.0 license. Even if they were somehow derivatives of his version of the map, the license still requires his map to be under CC3.0 as well, which would allow derivatives of his map to exist. Looking at the "Please Read" section of his add-on he either doesn't know the CC license exists or is an idiot.

I just brought this up to the SCP Licensing team and they said they will look into it.
