hello i have downloaded scp containment breach with the patch installed them and they worked perfectly when i installed latest Nine tailed fox mod with it's patch i tried to launch it but it gives me missing dlls error the dlls are Fastext.dll FastText.dll winfix.dll is there any solution to this problem ?

Let me guess you're on 1.3.8/1.3.7 ? if so the mod is for 1.2.4/1.2.3 and if i can suggest wait for 0.2.0 of the mod
