you know when its loading instead of seeing random information about certain SCP's you see a bunch of letters and symbols with 990 or "nobody" as the picture.

Yes!!!!!! It's weird, but I think it's a hint or something...

Maybe a reference for the upcoming update. It would be a great idea for one of the endings when the player is knocked out unconscious and you hear a monolog from 990 in the spirit of Half-life's G-man.

That would be nice. It would actually encourage the players to finish the game in order to get the "good" ending. AS in, the ending in which you survive.

Sometimes instead of symbols they are phrases, so I think that regalis just made it that way.

SCP-990 actually can talk to you while you load in and you see his screen
