So, apparently, 1.3.9 has been released as a halloween update.
Haven't played it yet but SCP:CB might not be completely dead after all.

EDIT: The new PA announcements are pretty neat.

I can't wait to try it, even though it appears to be on the small side. I'm interested to see what 035 does out of containment...
