How come 106 isn't using the path finding? He still goes through walls in a straight path to me. He also floats through the window of the 106 chamber if i fail to re contain him.

Because it's easier to program and the game isn't done yet.

I thought his pathfinding system thingy was removed on purpose, to make him even more scary because he just walks straight to you

What Niborius said.
Having 106 find a walkable route around the facility doesn't follow his scp article either, because he can walk through any solid matter, some just takes more time depending on the used material and how much of it was used.

The article doesn't say he can float, though.
