Its D-Class smart one.
Both terms are used frequently, based on the context.
"Attention all Class D personnel."

D-Class Personnel are employees.
Class-D Personnel are test subjects taken from prisons and such, usually on death's row.
He is talking about D-Class personnel but used Class-D personnel instead. There is a difference.
I have been corrected for it on the SCP wiki before.

If that's true, it seems like a bad choice on the Foundation's part. Put the letter in the wrong place on the paperwork, and suddenly you're sentancing some of your scientists to Death Via Testing.

class-D and D-class are the same. Actually, you could say that d-class doesn't exist in the official page
http://www.scp-wiki.net/security-clearance-levels
D-class is a variation of Class-D used by many authors, here are examples:

How the fuck do you confused Class-D and Scientist?
I'm sure the foundation can tell the difference between the convicts in orange jumpsuits and scientists with a degree FOR SCIENCE

It does seem like an awkward choice on the foundation's part if that is true. How about let us get on topic:
In terms of videos for every SCP, I think in a way it would be scarier if the player was forced to learn how they tick, that would increase the suspense of the entire game. On the other hand, it is even more suspenseful if the player knows what the properties and characteristics of each SCP are, that way when they see them they know they have a reason to be scared. Almost giving them that feeling that no matter where they are in the facility, they must ALWAYS be careful. I guess it really just depends on how you do it of course. It would most likely have to be in a very clever way instead of your stereotypical gaming classification video. It would have to be very....SCPish

I don't think there should be used informative videos about each scp included in the game.
When you are going into a new game, knowing nothing about what is in it makes it X-number of times better.
It's the element of surprise that makes scary/horror games good.

Really, if you are too lazy to read the documents, then you should just learn the hard way. We don't give anyone a tour ride.
