What does this do ingame? I havn't noticed any of its effects.
*I've read the article on the wiki, so i know what it 'should' do.

It allows to look at 895's footage without dying and it reduces your sprint meter.

It also makes you unable to smoke SCP-420-J

Yep. I actually looked at a copy of Lord of The Rings like 10 mins ago, but I haven't read the books nor seen the movies.
