The game's current soundtrack isn't a horror game soundtrack, same with 087-B, I think it gives the game a charm of some sort.

Kevin Macleod is the composer for the main menu soundtrack? Or is it some else?

Tim Morrison specifically composed the main menu theme for this game. About all of the other tracks in the music folder are by Kevin with the exception of the AI track, which I believe was made from a users composition here.
It slep time bunner.

Man Slagar, you saved the best for last didn't you? I love 860 and 860 1. I think 860 is one of my all time favorites. You hit all of the right notes since it perfectly expresses the feeling of both the forest and the monster's traits. 860, is as if its something otherworldly about it and 860-1, it's dead on since it invokes the feeling that something is lurking nearby, stalking the player. Good use for the old 096 theme. Great job Slagar. :D

Oh Ominary, did you ever hear back from Regalis about the ambience idea and if he will possibly use it in an update?

Oh and from what anime is Slagar, Ke-Slagar???
Dragonball Z.
And I must say, the 860 composition is probably my favorite at this point, you really did a great job with it. Something about it seems so mysterious and threatening. I'd imagine the 860-1 composition being a bit more surreal and unsettling, the repeating thumping noise seems a bit too reminiscent of the idea of Slender in my opinion, I can easily see people making some sort of connection/accusation. I'd suggest something a bit different, that would make you feel nervous from all directions, something also a bit more eerie.
I don't know much about Slender, but I'll look it over again sometime tomorrow, can't tonight.
Hmm... I didn't like them at all. They look a lot like a film soundtrack, not like a horror game soundtrack. I don't know, maybe when they are added into the game... :/
You didn't like any of my music or just 860 and 860-1? Define horror soundtrack for me then, because that's very vague.

Yes it is. I fail to see how it isn't.

Nice to hear 860 is being well received. I was worried it might be too musical and not ambient enough, but that doesn't seem to a be a complaint so far. And yeah, I'd to hear from Regalis as soon as possible.
Hello, Slagar. I really like these improved ambiences. 860 was very inspiriable.
Improved? There was no original ambiance to improve upon, so they were all sprung from the abyss that is my mind. But thank you very much regardless.

Current plans: reviewing 860-1. After that is 513 and maybe 513-1 if we want some sort of sound for when 513-1 appears. Then I may look into 682 since a lot of people want that to be in game and it's speculated a lot. 682 would probably contain one for the containment chamber and one for a chase scene, the prior being the main focus and the latter just if I get struck with a brilliant idea or something since if a 682 chase scene is added it'd take a lot of time to prepare so I'd have a lot of warning ahead of time to make it.

I'd also be happy to take any suggestions or take requests for mods or just if you want me to make one for fun or whatever reason you may have at this time as well. Or if you have a game of your own you need music for, even if it'd be totally different from SCP:CB, I'd be happy to try my hand at it! I mostly make Orchestral but have done Industrial, MesoAmerican, Electronic, and more. /shameless self advertising

Nonono, I love the other soundtracks. Just 860. The forest has to be a place where you have to go throught but you want to do it. 860 soundrack have to terrorize you, doing you don't want go into. Your soundtrack calmed me. I imagined something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZanrLbBThJE (obviously that sounded more like beeing in a forest. But you know, something violent)

Also, is 860-1 soundtrack for when the monster is catching you? If it is I think it should be more like a prosecution music, faster, making you want to run.

But 860 isn't depicted as scary. It's depicted as mysterious and surreal, but there's not horror beyond the monster. 860-1 needed total redoing, so I agree there.

I went back and made some substantial changed to 860 to make it creepier, following the advice of Garbo. Then I totally redid 860-1, very different than anything else I've posted so far so give it a listen. Keep in mind it will fade in and out as 860-1 approaches.
