I dunno, I don't really like this idea. It just seems pointless, really, since it always follows you and doesn't harm you. It seems really easy to get used to, more so than 372. I mean, this would always be there whenever you turn around.

Isn't this just what 372's purpose is for? I mean, it would feel kind of as if you had a whole party of SCPs following you and trying to make you nervous. If he is going to be implemented, I suggest making his "scenes" where he attempts to scare the player VERY infrequent. Maybe have him sit against a random wall with his legs tucked to his chest as if he were bored when he's idle. It could make the player very uneasy about passing by him if he is sitting against a wall of a hallway or room they are moving through.
