EDIT: Like i said earlier, i will implement some avoidness to 513-1. That means after 50 times the player could just ignore it. But if the player looks at 513-1 all the time, the screen corners will become. dark, and the the player slowly fall to the ground and kill himself. Tell me, if do i need to regulate something on this.
But anyway I'll be honest... SCP-513 should be re-implemented at some point. It was in fact my favorite SCP in the game, and if it was removed because it leads up to your inescapable demise, then SCP-096 should be removed as well.

Oh and the 714 part... Just disregard that. It probably isn't a solution. I just thought that, because 513 appears to be Memetic, but many say it's like magical or something, and I guess I don't want to live a life in a sleepy state for all eternity anyway.

096 shouldn't be removed he is a free roaming humanoid. And you were saying about main effects of 513-1... it‘s a cognito-hazard.
And yes, 513-1 will be added, it leaves the discussion between the developer if he adds it. I ‘m the one who is making the cowbell and the Swedish modeler is doing 513-1. I will upload the model of cowbell on May 1 .

Just looked up the definition of Cognito-hazard by the way, and after comparing the definition to memetic, it definitely makes more sense.

#85well, the previous 513 was too uncanon and would always mean that the D-class would eventually end up commiting suicide. Also the bell need to be heards directly to affect anyone, not throught the com-system or a recording. Also it was imposible to avoid hearing the bell, while 096 is easy to avoid by not looking at it's face. A new 513 implemented in a new way should be great.
Also, 513-1 was never scary, at least on my opinion, just annoying because it could block your path and you would have to wait. I actually hope that he is scary this time.

Lusor, i agree 513-1 was uncanon in the old way. It will be introduced in a new way of breathing and pathfinding. And I am sure he will be less or neutraly scary in the new way.
