i also managed to get the poly count down to 135,000, i understand that's probably ridiculously high still, but this model is is originally planned for an animated series, so detail is a huge part of that.
i'm hoping this may capture more of the "old man" in the old man.

Sir, I do understand you need detail, but for an animated series it still needs optimization. It will help greatly with render time.
What I'd do is create a normal and bump map, but that's me, and it's your work.
It does look great by the way, I love the nose.
Keep on modeling, you have talent!

Well, since the old man looks rotten, if the model was optimized around a bit and polished a bit more, it could work pretty well for CB.

And dat face is amazing
This model could work perfectly like a second appearance for him.

I don't think that brown is a good color for 106. but the head looks much better now

That´s just creepy as hell, nice work
Like Lusor1111 said, brown is not like the best color for 106, i will recommend something like a really dark purple, mayba a combination of dark purple and black, like the color of oil.

I love the model so far. Though, I hope you don't mind me adding in, 106 does wear a little coat/jacket.
Just a little nice touch to see.

I would suggest, to lower the poly count to just clear all the small details from the body and make it plain, and then remake em with bumpy texture, tho it would be nice to have a high poly rendition IMO.
