There no need to post a comment to tell someone to see your PM, just send them a PM tell them to look at your PM.
No one facepalm now...
I'm bad at keeping my emotions bubbled and end up being perfect. It would have been trouble.

It seems rather silly that you would like to "recycle" an internet thread so badly, while you could just make one for yourself, with only your progress in it, and feedback directed only towards your work, it seems to me that making a new thread for your own model would be much better, but if you insist.. Sure, that would just make this thread get more clustered and popular (remember who's post is the first in this topic  ).

I hope I'm not the only one who thinks the idea of two modelers competing over the use of their model extremely counter active, it's not really a competition. I think it'd be a lot more effective for you two to be working on separate projects that both will probably both get used.
It slep time bunner.

Omni's words over mine >.<, duhh. Of course, when i finish all my other projects like 610-2(have you seen it omni?), i shall make a new thread. And i am sure Night is happyly trying his hardest to to his best ja, but so will I. If i can put one of my models in CB, i would flip. Maybe Night too. So compition, just like any two or more companys, always wanna get the better product. So it maybe be be good thing.

Well, I just think it'd be more productive if you both can do something separate that are likely to be used, than both of you working on something that only can be used once.

A competition? Since when? I'm not rushing on this model at all and I wouldn't begin suddenly rushing on it just because of your imaginary competition, I've got enough things on my head already, and focusing on this wouldn't be of any use to me...

(I wouldn't "flip" because, first of all, this is just a game, second of all, I'm practicing, I'm quite new to modelling so I first want some experience. And third of all, I've already made a model for CB, and it's 096's model if you didn't know)

Dude, if you really want one of your models in this game maybe you should make a.. Oh I don't know.. A different model from the one I'm making?
I don't want to sound rude, but it's quite pesky to suddenly just come up and say "I'll make my own model! And the best one wins!" if you see that someone's making a model already, and they're actually active about it.

tl;dr
Maybe you should listen to Omniary, after all, his words to you overvalue others; It's not productive at all to work on the same type of model for the same game.

SCP 513 wrote:Night, i have a question. When you will finish the models, will you texture them?
When will I finish my models? Well it all depends on my time and schedule, tests, works, etc.. But the model itself it pretty much finished, I just need to make the helmet and mask (and the gun later on) and that would be it.
As of texturing, of course, who else would? The textures for 096 were also made by me, it's all handmade.

Wow, no stress boy, calm! Drink some Ice tea, that should help your nerves. But I will make my own thread(when i get started),I said that already. Ja its just a game, but is a popular game. If don't really care or your not happy about if your model is in the game, why are you helping and making yours. I am making a Mobel Task Force model that is best for the game, I do it so this game can be great. (and metals, because they are real)

I would love to be a big part of it by having something I made apart of it, that would make me happy. I have not started my model (Its hard to model for everyone but i am happy to do it for them) so you have a great handicap :) But i see you don't like the idea of a competition as it affects you  . I am not trying to rush you or have you rush yourself as that would not be good and you might loose detail with your model (I would not like to be rushed). Everyone has there strengths and weaknesses. If your model ends up being better than mine, It will be o.k with me. The better the model, the better the game will start to look. :-D

I am new to modeling too, started because I wanted to help this game grow(and BJFowLer) so same boat. I admit that I am competitive 8) Rrrr. I don't want to insult you, and i don't want to be real proud, and sound like a meany, and importantly don't want to argue. I would just like to set it straight.

I formally apologize, Jag ber så mycket om ursäkt, Night if I upset you(with a contest and stress), and you should not worry about a thing. We are all friends....just like Omniary.
EDIT:Did you call me a dude? what??

I had a feeling my comment sounded too "angered" but that wasn't my stance nor intention.

There are a couple of reasons for why I would make this model, the first one, which I have already said, is experience, the more models I do the better I will make models in the future. The second reason would be that I just like this game and would like to contribute to it (I like the lore of the SCP foundation in general), of course that I'll be happy to see it in-game, but "flip"? I don't think so, maybe if it's the first time.

The third reason for making this model was that I wanted to make the killing/eating animation for SCP-096 available in-game, for that I would need a model to work with (a NPC specifically), so when I checked and saw that nobody was making a new MTF model, I decided to start on one.

You see, there is what I have a problem with, you have so many models you would like to make, and you choose to make this one even though I'm already making it and you already have a lot of other models to make.

I have nothing against a friendly competition, but I can't have anything like that for now because of exams, tests, work, etc...
Basically, if you would start this competition of yours, I would have to rush in order to finish my model not too late before or after you finish yours, and I wouldn't "rush" because of the reasons I have given above. (quit the competition for short)

Hah, sure, no hard feelings. :P

Well, I thought you were a guy. Excuse me darling.
