You do realize Skype includes a messaging board that DOESN'T require you to have a cam/mic.

Anyway, if you go to this (or this), it has a download link of Version 0.1.1 (Version 0.2.1 for the second), and we could take the things we need from those files.

The hard part is figuring out how to download it correctly.
