Never had that happen to me yet. His spawns have always been consistent during my playthroughs. Lockrooms, catwalks, red halls, etc. Nowhere outside of those areas. But I might just be (un)fortunate to not have him surprise me yet.

the animations and figures would be an interesting part, as it would take up a fighting pose as stated in the document.
