What about a light JUST to clear some camera fog? It could be the same as pressing F3 and "camera fog 5"

I don't really see the point in slogging to implement a flashlight (which needs to be modeled, then there's the issue of dynamic lighting) JUST for clearing camera fog when this can already be done without a flashlight. If anything, a flashlight needs to have a unique purpose if it is to be implemented.
