I have to suggest a couple of things.

In the intro, when you enter the balcony room after the guards escort you the door should close behind you about as soon as you step out and the heavy containment door should close with a delay, it's a little immersion breaking atm. The other two Class-Ds should also turn to face 173 like the crash test dummies did. I think it would be beneficial to the game if these small changes were made.

Minor but beneficial improvements, adds a bit more suspense in my opinion. Good idea(s)!

Suggestions:
1). Scientists in the big office. Seriously, the facility looks just as dead as after the containment breach. They should have randomly selected dialogue too, so what they talk about can vary from 106's breach before the game to about how the janitor getting caught smoking weed in one of the storage rooms.
2). The Class D on the right should approach 173 slowly right before the lights go out. When the lights come back on, the Class D is dead where 173 used to be, and 173 goes after the other guy, who tries to back away.
3). Death animations for the Class D's. These guys really need the dying animations as opposed to cutting to the dead pose.

The facility's pretty dead. A few more corpses and/or bloodstains would be nice and make it more lived in. They're has to be more personnel than a couple of guards, 3 scientists and 3 D-Class.

More personnel should be present in the facility,so that it does not feel like there is nothing.
