1. Download FragMOTION from here:

2. Export model from Blender as a .FBX model or any other supported file type.
3. Open FBX file in FragMOTION.
4. Export model as a .b3d file format.
It's as easy as that. When you download FragMOTION, there is this weird registration/verification process - you have to write out the 'Lord's Prayer' every week to register the product. FragMOTION's website and program may not look appealing aesthetically, but it works and does the job with very little faults.
Oh but be warned - the system requirements are VERY demanding:

256 MB RAM
18 MB Disk Space
DirectX 9.0 or OpenGL
EDIT: I don't see why you couldn't just take the current class D model, tweak it to make it more feminine, then just put it in the game with a new texture? It would save a lot of time and effort. Currently, the scientist, doctors and class Ds all share duplicate bodies.
