This drink sets the superhuman variable to true, so it automatically gives the player super-speed, but only lasts for a limited time.
Some have positive effects if you want. One of the settings is how it effects your sprint and blinking for a set amount of time. You can sprint longer and blink slower. So there's that.
There shouldn't be a lot of drinks that have good effects, and if they had, they should be very short

I agree, but when the update comes out I am pretty sure that some people will edit the .ini file just to make OP drinks.

I do not believe you can set that to a negative variable, although correct me if I'm wrong.

Ah, that's the same thing as my super-powers thing, but you just run instead of walk, it doesn't affect stamina.
