Gas Mask/Hazard Suits displa gets blur after loose stamina

After you run a lot and lose stamina, you start to blur the display of gas mask / hazard suit, this will give a touch of graphic in the game, and will make it much scarier than before, imagine you running of the SCP-096 when your stamina runs out.
