Dude, if you check the forums, version 1.2 is out, and SCP-966 is in the game. We got Night Vision goggles in version 1.1.

I didn't notice it was already added. I don't check for new versions every day like some of you do.

Well I do check almost everyday for updates for a different game, so I imagine that some people here probably do that for this one.

Waiting regalis to put SCP-005, SCP-009, SCP-020, SCP-038, SCP-409 and medicalbay(regalis have no intention of putting that but new items could be there.
New items would be good:
Bandages(found in Medicalbay):
Able to stop heavy, minor bleedings.
Syringe(found in medicalbay):
Able to take SCP-008 and SCP-020 substances and test it yourself.
Changes:
Hazmat suit can protected from getting crystallized by SCP-409.
SCP-500-01 can cured SCP-020.
Rooms: Same from box of horrors
Effects:
SCP-020:
Text 1: you injected yourself with the substances
Text 2: you felt itchy on your skin.
Text 3: you saw the infection spreading over the body
Text 4: it now spreads your arm, legs and chest
Text 5: it spreads all over your face
Dialogues:
Class D: No.....get away from me you monster!
You: Wait! Don't go!
Class D: Someone help! *Screams*
You: No! Don't!
*then a blackout*
Class D: No.....What have you done!?
You: I didn't mean to do that.
Class D: I am infected.....I'm gonna die.........
*Mtf walks by*
MTF: Hey! I found someone!
MTF: Oh well.....Looks like you got trouble.

EDIT:
SCP-038 chamber door is under control of the door system, they must switch off the panel(you know where secondary and primary lightning there) in order to access it.
SCP-038 can spawn everything except some like scp-500-01, there is less chance it will spawn successfully.
SCP-005 is the same as innocentsam did. It will randomly spawn like the same or other locations.
Achievements:
The king of the key/Admit you cheat:
You took SCP-005
Colonies group:
You injected yourself with SCP-020
The Everything Tree:
Encounter SCP-038
Crystallized:
You touch SCP-409
NOTE: To prevent from turning it, use hazmat suit and it still gives you the achievements.
Ice of death:
Encounter SCP-009
Need a supply?:
Find Medicalbay
Don't blink or stare:
Escape SCP-173
or use InnocentSam achievements names and description(found in box of horrors/data/achievements).

038 is a bit overpowered, I agree with you on 009, 409 and the medibay though, your idea for 020 and the syringe sound interesting though

SCP-038 might be overpowered but could be put in the game.
SCP-038 chamber door will locked due to the control door system. Once the panel is shut, they have access to the chamber.
SCP-038 can spawn anything but some like SCP-500-01, which can most likely be success in low rate, etc.
SCP-005 might be most op SCP in the world. I'm pretty sure regalis will make scp-005 randomly spawn like in Maynard's office, SCP-409 chamber or it's in own chamber.
And one thing:
SCP-372 is freaking me out. Model is Larry and it's like it got stretched out.
Hopefully, regalis will use someone's model or improve the model. Someday.....
